How much BrainON Supreme do I take per day?

For optimal results, we recommend a daily serving of approximately 1 tablespoon. Some people take more per day, and some people take less per day. Some people drink as much as a bottle per week!  We recommend to listen to your body; and do what feels right for you.  1 Tablespoon equals 1/2 ounce.  This means that an 8 oz bottle of BrainON Supreme will generally last about 16 days when taking a tablespoon (1/2 ounce) per day.
