We offer you a one-year guarantee on all our dietary supplements and skin care products. All returns must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase of the original invoice(s) and product(s). If the product is purchased from another retailer (not E3Live), please return it to the point of purchase. If the product was purchased from E3Live, all frozen products being returned must be shipped back via 2-day express. All dry goods dietary supplements may be shipped back via ground.
Products must be returned together (with Proof of Purchase and itemized request for the refund) in their original packaging to:

Any returns without full documentation and product(s) may only receive product credits for future purchases (to be used within 90 days). All shipping costs are to be borne by returning party.
